About the centre

We have 5 learning environments with stimulating resources to support children to explore and engage in learning.

Each environment has access to one of the 4 outdoor play spaces which include natural elements, sand and water play, and raised garden beds for growing vegetables.

Our experienced educators provide a program that is guided by the Early Years Learning Framework, providing the foundations to support learning outcomes for children.

We pride ourselves on providing high quality care and an opportunity for your child to learn in a place that makes your child feel safe and secure.

Without a doubt one of the best centres in the North Eastern suburbs. The Educators are incredible! They care, they listen, they strive for excellence and we couldn’t be more proud of our son (who’s 23 months) going there. The centre is brand new, the facilities/toys are clean and tidy. Meet the Centre Director

Hello everyone! My name is Cindy Nguyen and I’m the Centre Director at Stepping Stone Collinswood.

My journey began at Stepping Stone as an educator where I have been an educator at several centres learning new skills and built meaningful relationships with staff, families and children aged birth to 5 years. I first found my passion for early childhood teaching and care when I looked after younger relatives, therefore, began to study graduating with a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care.

My hobbies outside of work include being at home snuggled up on the couch with my cat Teddy while watching my favourite television shows, I also enjoy road trips with my partner visiting our family and friends in Melbourne as well as spending quality time with my friends here in Adelaide.

Stepping Stone Collinswood’s goal is to provide a safe secure environment acknowledging quality child and family focused care that allows all families involved to engage in the progress of their child/children’s development throughout their journey at our centre.

Our dedicated and passionate educators strive to collaborate with families to make positive decisions to help support children’s learning and development. I believe in providing a play-based curriculum that is reflective of individual children’s interests, abilities and learning style to assist children in becoming creative and confident wonders of the world.
